The Coming of Age

18 months.

Legal nursery age.

Where has the time gone??

Carson and Sister Hughes, one of his nursery leaders
My flash didn't go off and I was already weird enough taking a picture in nursery so I took what I could get.

Nursery, I thought this day would never come. Although it was so nice and edifying to be able to hear the lesson in Relief Society--the whole thing versus bits and pieces. On the other hand, I kind of missed being with him at church today. When Andrew went to go get him he wasn't really excited to leave, he loved it! He was worn out because he fell asleep on the way home. The fact that he can go to nursery is bittersweet because Carson is growing up so quickly and is becoming independent.

We sure love our lovebug and can't wait to see the man that he will become. Watch out, before I know it he'll be getting baptized!

"Watching" Willow with Uncle Tanner, Taylor and Aunt Sabrina...who can resist homemade kettle corn?!

Thank goodness for nursery! I'm glad he liked it, that makes life so much easier! And Linda and Christina are great nursery leaders! I was sad they moved Abbi up.

You have gotta love nursery!! I am so glad that they have nursery, Bryson loves it. It will get better for you tho, you will start to get the spiritual upliftment that you need to get through the week, and Carson will love the time away to grow on his own.

Congratulations! I can hardly wait for Landon to be in nursery. Maybe that's bad, but I am with him every second, everday, and it would be nice to get a break and to listen to the whole lesson in Relief Society for once in eight months. Cherish it!

Edifying? GOOD WORD Tiff, I have to look that one up...

We love you Carson,
your mommy and daddy waited so long for you
and now you are almost two...
now the world has a boy who's blessed
with parents who are some of the best...
before you know it, off to school you'll be
I know I know, I won't start talking like that till he's approaching three!

OK people I was only sad for a slit second. The only reason I am like like is because with school I am gone more than I would prefer but it's good for him and it gives me a break.

Chels, always a rhythm up your sleeve-don't know how you do it!

That really is such a bitter sweet moment. Kayson was such a cuddle bug that before he went to nursery he would sit on my lap through classes and just be darling. Branson on the other hand is SO independant that I will be very happy when January comes and he will be in there =). Bitter sweet.
