Tasty Tuesdays

I have had this salad a handful of time, the most recent was Friday night with our dinner group and I had forgotten how much I enjoy it. I practically ate the whole bowl all by myself, it really is that good. The ingredients are kind of pricey but well worth it. It is sure to be a favorite for any summer barbecue.

Bowtie Pasta Salad

1 lb. bowtie pasta (cook al dente, 30 sec. less than the directions say)

1 jar Girard's Romano Cheese salad dressing

1 bag baby spinach

1 carton gorgonzola cheese

2-3 tomatoes, diced

1 avocado

shredded parmesan

Best when served freshly mixed together

We would love to see you guys, it has been too long but it all depends on when you will be here because we are planning on going to Yosemite the 18-21. We aren't going to miss each other are we?
