Tasty Tuesdays


Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cake
Easy, Refreshing and Delicious

1 yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1/2 c oil
4 eggs
1 package instant lemon pudding (small)
2 T poppy seeds.
Mix first 3 ingredients. Mix in one egg at a time. Mix in poppy seeds. Spray bundt cake pan with Pam and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Let stand a couple of minutes and then cool on rack. I sprinkle the top with powdered sugar. Yummy!
