I went on my first post-pregnancy run today with Carson in the running stroller. We went 3 miles and it felt so good to be active again, except for the sweaty, hot part.

Our little fish
Last week we had a couple days over a hundred so we decided to go swimming. The water was a little cold so we weren't sure how Carson would react, but he loved it!

Independance Day
Carson celebrated his one month birthday on the 4th, he is getting so big! He was awake for the BBQ but amazingly slept right through all of the loud fireworks.
