Reunion time

Reunion: a meeting of former classmates, typically organized at or near their former school by one of the class on or around a milestone anniversary of their graduation.

It's been ten years since graduating from high school and I feel like it just happened. Where has the time gone?! With my reunion next week {why am I going?} I was attempting to think of what I have done with myself since.

Looking back, I am amazed at all that I have been able to accomplish. Sure there are some goals still in the process of being completed but overall, I am happy with my progress and isn't continual progress what we're striving for?

In the moment and throughout our busy lives it is hard to comprehend the impact we are making on the world; not only in the improvement of ourselves but by the relationships we form and by the lives we choose to live.

I met Andrew, fell in love and got married in the temple.

We were so young, and I was SO tan!

I supported Andrew through college and then we settled down back in Cali, saved like crazy and bought a house.

I have been pregnant 3 times {counting currently of course} Pregnancy to me is always such a fascinating thing to think that I can grow people, amazing indeed.

We've been fortunate enough to be able to visit some amazing places; Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New York, Utah, and Wyoming. Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Italy, and Mexico.

I've been able to make physical goals and achieve them; 1/2 marathon and RAGNAR. Maybe a full marathon next-who knows.

My point in all of this is to remind myself to keep moving forward, one day at a time.

The following quote has been a favorite of mine since high school

" You will never 'find' time for anything. If you want time you must make it."-Charles Buxton

Let's make time each day to do what matters most and in doing I know that I find that much more happens in my mundane days than I realize because they all kind of glob together into a foggy memory. Here's to life! You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough.
