Tasty Tuesday



Fresh out of the oven...Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins and they are good!

Gotta love pirate helper who also love taking pictures...

I actually messed these up by not paying close enough attention to the recipe. It calls for 1 C. canned pumpkin, not the whole 14 oz can-oops! The end result, they tasted great but look like monster muffins because of my error. Live and learn.

1C. canned pumpkin
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. vegt. oil
1 egg
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 ts[ baking soda
1 tsp milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 C. choc. chips

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

I hate recipes like that, that leave you with a portion of a can of pumpkin that always goes to waste! I have a great recipe that uses a whole can if you want it. Hope all is well. Your kiddos are adorable!
