Back by popular demand are Tasty Tuesdays. For my "readers" out there I am sorry that I was so insensitive not to consider that you enjoyed these random recipes each week. This recipe is one we frequently have at our house.
2 Tbsp. vegt. oil
1 lb. red potatoes, cut 1/4 inch thick
1 large chicken breast, cooked and sliced
2 C. fresh broccoli, steamed
1 can Broccoli Cheese Soup
1/2 C. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1. Heat oil in skillet. Add potatoes. Cover and cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Stir in chicken and broccoli
3. Mix soup, milk and garlic. Add to skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Heat to boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes.

This recipe looks really good! Im going to have to try it! Sorry i didn't get a chance to talk to you that much when i saw you. My mom had to go to that missionary mom lunch thing, I think she said that Stephanie went. Ok we need another craft night! If you want we can do it over at my house! Chad doesn't get home till late, so we can do it at my house. Call me this week. I really don't have anything going on!
